Approximate area of coverage of the Society
The Society was founded in 1993 by the late Mr Ron George. The President is Dr Angus Winchester of Lancaster University. The Society is managed by an elected committee.
Full membership of the Society costs £10 per year and gives access to all talks and activities plus the Journal in August and February and the Bulletin in November and May. Country membership costs £5 for the Newsletter and Bulletin. The membership years starts on 1st November. Visitors are welcome to the talks for £2.50 entry.
